Administrative Executive [India]


 

Assist the CAO in HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and

maintaining employee records.

Support the CAO in accounting tasks, such as preparing invoices, processing payments, managing

financial records, and assisting with budget monitoring.

Coordinate administrative functions related to vendors, including sourcing, negotiating contracts,

maintaining vendor relationships, and managing procurement processes.

Handle administrative tasks associated with government requirements, such as permits, licenses,

and compliance documentation.

Maintain and update various administrative databases, spreadsheets, and files.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other relevant documents as required by the CAO.

Manage travel arrangements, appointments, and scheduling for the CAO.

Assist with general office management duties, including office supplies management, facilities

coordination, and equipment maintenance.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of administrative processes.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost discretion.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.

Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar capacity.

Familiarity with HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record-keeping.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and experience with basic financial tasks.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
