- Daily visit to retail market according to beat/route and make min. 45-50 calls according to market category.
- Spend time with retailers to inform them about products, quality, schemes etc. to ensure min. 50% productivity.
- Focus on selling more and more SKUs per retail outlet with atleast 5 SKU sale per outlet on daily basis.0
- Ensure daily retailing value min. Rs. 12000/- & monthly retailing value Rs. 300000/-
- Increase retail outlet coverage in assigned territory by adding min. 5 new retail outlets every day.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer database (SS and Distributors) according to teritorry requirement.
- Responsible for primary and secondary sales target of the assigned teritorry.
- Addressing retailer and distributor issues, complaints, querries and communicating the information timely to Reporting Manager.
- Launching the new products in the retail market by proper placement at maximum retail outlets.
- Keep track on stock of slow moving products and ensure timely movement from SS / Distributor point. Also focus on increasing the sales of slow moving products.
- Running of promotional schemes and contests according to company plan.
- Daily and timely reporting to the company and reporting manager as per instructions.
