Roles & Responsibilities

1. According to the distribution strategy layout, Assist the person in charge of the business to formulate the management strategy of the second-party studio, and provide industry and category product development strategy support
2. Support the development of the second-party studio, follow up the planning and implementation of the R&D plan of each game project, and manage the use of resources Efficiency and value, early warning of project risks, to ensure that the project achieves the expected goals
3. Optimize the collaboration process, connect with R&D and distribution business teams and functional teams, coordinate internal and external resources of the organization, and improve business operation efficiency
4. Establish and maintain a good cooperative relationship with the second-party studios and R&D teams, and maintain effective communication.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of relevant work experience in the game/Internet industry, excellent business understanding ability and multi-project management ability, and experience in game product development project management Priority
2. Possess excellent communication and promotion skills, result-oriented, self-driven, able to collaborate smoothly with cross-departmental and cross-company teams to promote the achievement of business goals
3. Possess good information integration ability, data processing ability, text presentation ability, proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and other office software 4. English can be used as a working language, Japanese or Korean ability is a plus.
