What You Will Do

a) Manage Customer-Business Communications and Solve Customer Issues.

b) Monitor Customer Care Strategies and Collaborate to Ensure Customer Satisfaction.

c) Coordinate with other marketing team members for campaigns and creative development.

d) Expand customer base and Monitoring business competitors.

e) Evaluate the CRM program.

f) Coordinate and carry out good cooperation with Vendors/3rd Parties.

What You Will Need

a) Minimum education bachelor's degree in any major.

b) 2 years experienced in Customer Relations Manager (CRM).

c) Mastering Microsoft Office & Customer Relations Management (CRM) tools.

d) Have General & Direct Marketing Knowledge.

e) Able to work in a tight and organized schedule. Have Active English skills.

Jenis Pekerjaan: Kontrak
Panjang kontrak: 3 bulan

Gaji: Rp9.000.000 - Rp12.000.000 per bulan
